Introduction

In a professional services project you might use S/4HANA Cloud in combination with other solutions to apply the relevant business processes for professional services such as opportunity to cash. Scenario could be that project opportunities are managed in another solution, once the opportunity gets realized and priced, a project in S/4HANA Cloud will be created.

Enable Operational Process Intelligence on your HANA, express edition

With the HANA Rules Framework (HRF) in my blog, I was wondering whether I could move my HANA, express edition to the next level and enable Operational Process Intelligence (OPI) that needs HRF as a prerequisite.

As it turned out, this was again quite straight forward:

1. Download and install the delivery units
2. Configure OPI
3. Install Eclipse Business Scenario and Workflow Editor plugins
4. Model Business Scenario

Enable the HANA Rules Framework on your HANA, express edition

With SDI in the bag, I was wondering whether I could enable the HANA Rules Framework (HRF) on my HANA, express edition in a similar way.

As it turned out, this was also absolutely possible and if fact quite straight forward as well:

1. increase the virtual machine memory to 12GB
2. Create a tenant database
3. Enable HTTP and HTTPS access to the tenant database
4. Import the HRF delivery unit
5. Set Up a Technical User

A Guide to Integrate GRC with SAP HANA

1. PURPOSE

The purpose of this document is to define clear steps required to implement GRC on HANA plug in to integrate GRC 10.1 with HANALIVE DB for user provisioning.

2. SCOPE

This scope applies for Basis team who support SAP GRC on HANA configuration after will go live. This procedure applied for pre requisites, installation and post installation configuration of complete SAP GRC HANA “plug in” setup.
This document does not cover security setup that required for User provisioning on HANALIVE through SAP GRC system
